Return And Exchange:

With our return and exchange policy, we reiterate the brand value of keeping our customers above the brand! It is our endeavor to provide our customers with the best D-Q-F: Design, Quality and Fit. However, if for any reason you find that you would like to return or exchange the product, do not worry because your wish is our command and what’s more, its not an elaborate procedure!
For both return and exchange, all you have to do is contact us on info@aeomcouture.com OR call at +91 9899517319. No questions will be asked but of course we would love feedback on why you would like to return or exchange so we can serve you better in the future. Please keep in mind that your product would be eligible for return or exchange only until 7 days from the day of delivery.

RETURN (FOR BOTH COD AND ONLINE PAYMENT):

  • In case of return, we would arrange for a reverse shipment from your delivery address only.
  • Once the product has been returned to us, it will go through a quality check (the tags should be in place and the product should not have been washed).
  • On passing the quality check, the customer will receive a credit voucher of the exact amount paid to the customer’s account on our website
  • The return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGE (FOR BOTH COD AND ONLINE PAYMENT):

  • In case of exchange, we will arrange for a reverse shipment from your delivery address only.
  • Once the product has been returned to us, it will go through a quality check (the tags should be in place and the product should not have been washed).
  • On passing the quality check, the customer will receive a voucher of the exact amount paid which can then be used to reorder the same product from the website (in a different size or color).
  • The return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

**Please take note that a customised product is NOT eligible for return or exchange. We trust that our customers will provide us with the correct measurements.
